John, this is
huge: Dallas Police Officer Amber Guyger has been found guilty of the
murder of Botham Jean. 

What the family has said is that what they would prefer for their dear son
to be alive, but this small semblance of justice matters for them, and for
all of us.

It is not every day that we see justice in this line of work, so please

It’s important to spread the message that these small semblances of
justice are possible. And it helps set a precedent that police are not
above law and can’t murder innocent people without consequences.

Dallas: You got this right. Thank you. Thank you so much to every
attorney, every organizer, to every friend, who fought for Botham to get
justice. Thank you especially to S. Lee Merritt, Esq for representing this
family from the day Botham was murdered.

Thank you to everyone who spoke up, signed petitions, and made sure that
this case got national attention.
