Governor Tony Evers has appointed ¼ of all Court of Appeals Judges with liberals who will back his radical agenda.

On April 6, we have a chance to replace one of his appointees with Judge Shelley Grogan, a constitutional conservative who will uphold the rule of law and defend the constitution.

Judge Shelley Grogan has the endorsement of 10 Sheriffs and the Milwaukee Police Association, which has more than 700 members living in the district. She is overwhelmingly law enforcement’s choice because she will stand for the rule of law.

That’s why conservatives like Senator Ron Johnson, former Lt. Governor Rebecca Kleefisch, and so many others are backing Judge Grogan’s grassroots campaign. They understand how important it is to replace Evers’ appointee, Jeff Davis, with a constitutional conservative.

We can’t afford to elect judges who will legislate from the bench. We need judges who will stand up to executive overreach and unconstitutional mandates.

Let’s send a message to Tony Evers and his liberals in Madison that they can’t pack our courts with rubber stamp activists.

On April 6, vote Judge Shelley Grogan for District II Court of Appeals.
