We're reaching out today because we need your help. This month, we've been working tirelessly to urge Congress to pass universal background checks.

Our work began with the House, which acted quickly to save lives. Now, the bill sits with the Senate which is moving slower than we'd like to pass this lifesaving legislation. We want to give them a push to act quickly, but we need the resources to be effective.

And that's where you come in. Our first FEC fundraising deadline of 2021 is coming to a close tonight at midnight, and we still need some last minute support to hit our 25,000 contribution goal.


So we have two options: we either need a lot more donations or for supporters giving their first donation to give just a bit more than we normally ask for.

Normally, most first time contributors chip in $5. If you would consider contributing $10 we'll be in a great position to urge the Senate to pass this lifesaving bill.


So what do you say? Can you make a $10 donation to Giffords PAC before midnight? We'll take that contribution and put it right to work passing the lifesaving bipartisan background checks bill that will be voted on in the Senate.
