President Biden’s address today about spend and tax is his biggest gamble. It is clear that although Mr. Biden is getting high marks on the vaccine rollout, his border policy is a disaster. One that voters will not forget.   Americans are also paying more for gas and fossil fuels and that will not be forgotten.
