Hey – Harley’s running to take back CA-48.

Harley was the first and only Democrat to ever represent the district and was literally the most legislatively successful new member in Congress.

But, the fact is, this district is extremely competitive. It could be one of the tightest and most closely watched races in the entire country – and it’s also very consequential.

Harley Rouda served California's 48th district in Congress. In 2018, Harley defeated the 30-year incumbent Dana Rohrabacher in the very first political campaign of Harley's life.
