I want to be respectful of your time, so I'll keep this check-in brief.

We're only $340 short of our Q1 FEC fundraising goal, and it's crucial that we hit it as soon as possible. National Republicans will be among the first to look at our campaign finance report to decide how much money to pour into stopping me from fighting for NJ-03.

The past couple of weeks have hit us all hard, and as we look to heal and move forward from hatred and violence, we need leaders who will prioritize the needs of our communities. That's exactly what I was elected to do, and I want you to know I remain committed to doing everything humanly possible to move our country forward.

Falling short ahead of tomorrow's deadline would send a signal to D.C. Republicans to keep NJ-03 on their list of top targets.

If you haven't given yet, I'm hoping my team and I can count on you now to help us put up a strong showing at our first big test of the cycle. We're already being hit with attack ads, but if we can finish the quarter strong, we'll have what it takes to sustain our response to counter the lies national Republicans are spreading about me.
