Patriot,

We don't have much time left to stop this.

H.R. 1/S. 1, the "Legalized Election Theft"
bill, is getting top priority, which means that House Speaker
Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) and Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer
(D-NY) will pull out all the stops to get it done.

And that could include dismantling the Senate
filibuster rule to ensure this awful bill passes.

If the filibuster is eliminated, Schumer
hopes to pass H.R. 1/S. 1 with all 50 Democrat senators on board
and Vice President Kamala Harris as the tiebreaking vote.

We are that close to a centralized election
process that shreds the Constitution and paves the way for
one-party rule.

This couldn't be any more serious.

And it could all come down to a couple of
holdouts, like Senator Joe Manchin (D-WV), who is under
tremendous pressure to toe the party line.

Just a few days ago, Joe Biden stepped in to
give Manchin a reason to cave to his agenda by nominating his
wife for a cushy post on the Appalachian Regional Commission.
You have to wonder what strings were attached
to that offer.

Patriot, it looks like Biden, Pelosi, and
Schumer are making serious attempts at getting Joe Manchin to
flip on the Senate filibuster and then H.R. 1/S. 1, which would
signal the Democrats move to completely run the table on the
entire Biden agenda.

That's why I am asking for your urgent action
at once before we lose any more ground.

Senators oppose S. 1 when it comes up for a vote!

In the past, horrible policy from one
administration, like "ObamaCare," could usher in a big move in
the opposite direction, like the TEA Party movement that swept
into Congress in 2010.

But that might not happen this time if
elections are centralized and the most questionable election
processes become law across the country, no matter how the
individual states want to handle their own voting processes.

Ominously, in President Biden's first press
conference last week, he said not only is he running for
re-election in 2024, but he cast doubt that there will even be a
Republican Party left by that time.

What a shocking statement.

Nobody bothered to ask him what he meant, but
it certainly begs the question about why he said that.

Could it be they are getting ready to
severely weaken or destroy the Senate filibuster so that they can
ram through H.R. 1/S. 1?

That's why I am asking for your urgent action
at once before we lose any more ground.

Senators oppose S. 1 when it comes up for a vote!

Then, please consider pitching in $35, $50,
or even $150, to give Campaign for Liberty the resources we need
to stop this brazen attempt to steal future elections!

If there is one bill in 2021 that could
permanently scar the fabric of the Constitution, it's H.R. 1/S.
1, which already passed the House.

H.R. 1/S. 1 not only institutionalizes many
questionable election processes that were fraught with the most
controversy in 2020, but it's also a direct attack on the 1st
Amendment and the right to dissenting political speech.

As Chairman of Campaign for Liberty, I wrote
a letter, which was delivered to the members of the Senate Rules
Committee, describing specific examples of how this bill would
silence political speech with fear and intimidation of activist
groups just like ours.

If it passes, not only would the election
process be permanently scarred, but simply letting you know how
your elected officials voted on other bills, would be made
illegal leading up to an election!

Patriot, both sides of the aisle should be
against this bill, simply based on its flagrant disregard of the
1st Amendment.

This bill has so many bad ideas in one
package including:

>>Making it illegal to clean out voter rolls
of deceased or non-residents;

>>Forcing states to allow early voting;

>>Forcing states to allow vote-by-mail, which
is fraught with opportunities to commit fraud;

>>Forcing taxpayers to subsidize candidates
they don't align with politically; and

>>Policing online speech about elections with
new broad and sweeping powers.

As unimaginable as this all sounds, we are
getting much closer to this becoming a reality!

Our elections were never meant to be
"nationalized" in this way. The U.S. Constitution clearly states
that elections are to be held and electors for the presidential
election chosen by the manner in which the state legislature
prescribes.

H.R. 1 /S. 1 would completely turn this on
its head and force states to adopt rules for their elections that
many of them do not want or are in the process of remedying
because of flaws they have discovered.

H.R. 1 /S. 1 would thwart those efforts by
the states and even counties to rectify issues they may have
discovered or will discover as investigations, hand re-counts,
and court cases continue in Arizona, Michigan, and others.

Considering the sidestepping of the
Constitution on locally controlled elections and the attack on
political speech, this bill should be opposed by all sides.

Sign the petition!

I am urging all members of the Senate to
oppose this reckless bill, and I appreciate your support in doing
so as well.

Ron Paul, M.D.
