There is no other organization in the country that focuses so directly on
local District Attorney races — even though those elections determine how
our justice system works for the millions of Americans forced into it
every year.

While members of Congress have elections every two years, or Presidents
every four years, the elections we focus on are happening ALL THE TIME.

So while other organizations might think of this as an 'off-year,' every
year is an 'on-year' for us. That’s why we need to pay attention to every
quarterly deadline, like the one that is coming up this Wednesday.

We have to keep organizing, keep fundraising to support our candidates.
This next deadline is the first one of 2021, so it’s a critical show of
strength that demonstrates how well we can continue to operate even in
these so-called 'off-years.'
