POLITICO is reporting that rich conservative donors and the National GOP are convening next month to strategize and start building a “dark-money machine” to “take back power.”

Mega-donors will meet at Trump’s Mar-a-Lago, and at the same time, the Republican National Committee will hold a donor retreat where Trump will make an appearance.
