We are the underdog in this race between the status quo and the future. Democratic voters will have the opportunity to decide if we want to continue as we were or create the next chapter in Democratic leadership in Virginia.
Bottom line: I’m supporting Jennifer because she’s the next chapter in Democratic leadership and polling shows she’s the candidate Virginians want to vote for.
I can tell you first hand that the organizing team is seeing our upward momentum on the ground. Voters are excited to learn about Jennifer and are looking forward to voting for her in the primary!
With the right resources, we will win the primary AND win in November. I’m confident of it. Tomorrow night is the ONLY quarterly deadline we will face before voting starts in a few weeks. Contribute now.
We need to raise another quarter of a million before Wednesday’s deadline. Luckily, things are looking great to reach that goal -- but we need to fill the gap with our digital fundraising.
If we can get 250 grassroots donors to step up within the next 24 hours, we will hit our goal and be able to expand Jennifer’s reach on TV and online.
So here’s the ask -- give whatever you can right now, when we can put it to work immediately to make the biggest impact. Donate now to help us create the next chapter in Democratic leadership in Virginia.
Thank you for your support!

Jennifer Carroll Foy was born and raised in Petersburg. In 2017, she flipped a Republican district as a first-time candidate pregnant with twins. During her time as Delegate, Jennifer championed the ratification of the Equal Rights Amendment, helped expand Medicaid to 400,000 Virginians, and advocated for the Commonwealth’s most vulnerable communities.
She has a career of public service and it started long before 2017. As a public defender, Jennifer helped give a voice to the often voiceless — children, people suffering from addiction, those experiencing homelessness, those with mental illness, and the poor.
Now she’s running to be the first woman elected Governor of Virginia and serve as the first Black woman to be governor nationwide.
Help her make history. Donate now.
