<[link removed]>Dear Friend,

In February, when questioned by Senator Cory Booker in his appointment hearing, Attorney General nominee Merrick Garland stated that he would reinstate the Cole Memo <[link removed]> and that he had no plans to interfere with cannabis businesses at the state level.

About 20 days into his time in office and nearing 70 days into the Biden presidency, Attorney General Garland has failed to live up to his promise. Businesses who are legally operating under state law for the purpose of providing individuals with medicine should not exist in fear of federal prosecution; there is no reason for AG Garland to delay in reinstating the Cole Memo!

Please urge AG Garland to reinstate the Cole Memo to protect cannabis patients and businesses! <[link removed]>

Also, our work is powered by the generous support of thousands throughout the country who share our belief that all patients should have access to safe and affordable medicine. Keep us going by signing up to become a member for just $15! <[link removed]>

Sincerely,?

Dustin McDonald
