Will you chip in right now toward our first end-of-quarter goal of the year and help us build the resources to protect our 50-50 Senate majority? I will explain more in just a moment.

Right now, Republicans across the country are launching an all-out assault on our democracy in an effort to make it harder for Americans to make their voices heard in our elections. Just this year, they’ve introduced more than 250 bills to restrict access to the ballot box in 43 states.
In Georgia, they managed to pass one of the most horrendous anti-democratic bills in the country. The governor just signed legislation into law that would disenfranchise the same voters who flipped the state blue — especially communities of color. Stacey Abrams calls it “Jim Crow 2.0.”
Here’s a sobering realization about our slim 50-50 Senate majority: If there was just one more Republican in the Senate, I’m confident Mitch McConnell wouldn’t be leading the fight to protect affordable health care or pass the Equality Act on the Senate floor — Republicans would be fighting to pass their anti-democratic voting rights restrictions at the federal level.
That’s why it’s on us to do two things right now. One, we need to pass the For the People Act which would ensure voting rights are protected. Two, we need to fight to protect the Senate majority in 2022 — and I’m counting on this incredible grassroots team to help me on this one.
So, will you chip in before our first end-of-quarter deadline of the year expires tomorrow night? Your contributions go directly toward our efforts to not only protect the Democratic majority in 2022, but also to save our democratic institutions from right-wing attacks.

Our Democratic Senate majority has already made significant progress in Washington. We passed the American Rescue Plan to help put an end to this public health crisis, and provide critical relief to lift up American workers and families.
But we still have so much work ahead of us. That’s why we can’t stop fighting to protect our majority in 2022.
Thanks for reading and pitching in, if you can.
