Jamaal Bowman here:

As you may know, tomorrow is our end-of-quarter Federal Election
Commission fundraising deadline — the first since we've started in
Congress. In less than 48 hours' time, we'll submit a public report to the
FEC about how much we've raised so far this year.

And like it does every quarter, this report will be heavily scrutinized:
by political media, by conservatives, and even by potential opponents for
any signs of weakness in our grassroots movement.

Since I got to Congress at the beginning of this year, I've been
completely focused on leading our movement for transformative change in
our government and communities. I've been lucky to have the support of
this amazing movement, and not having to worry about fundraising so far
has given me the room to focus entirely on legislating and winning our
priorities.

The things that I've been able to push in Congress thus far — the COUP
Act, the Care for All Agenda, investing in our public schools, and
broadband justice, to name a few — have only been possible because of you,
and they'll continue to be possible because of you.

Our time in Congress has just gotten started,
John. We've been able to make incredible
progress on many important issues in the three months since I've been
sworn in, but I'm relying on your support to keep up our momentum.
