For the second year, this will be a tough Passover and Easter for all Americans.

[ ]( [link removed] ) The more I find out about Ahmad Al Aliwi Alissa, the more I’m outraged.
Alissa murdered 10 people at a Kosher supermarket in Boulder, Colorado last week.
Just six days before he killed men and women in cold blood, Alissa passed an FBI background check and purchased a firearm.
And get this . . . Alissa was known to the FBI and linked to another person under investigation by the bureau.
That’s on top of Alissa being convicted of assault for “cold cocking” a high school student who offended him by saying something “racial.”
But let’s set all that aside and talk about Colorado’s Red Flag laws.
On January 1st, 2020, Colorado’s Red Flag laws came into effect.
The law gives family or household members the ability to ask a court for an Extreme Risk Protection Order (ERPO).
And while Alissa’s family was quick to use mental illness as an excuse for his murderous rampage, they did nothing DESPITE knowing the risk . . . and they admitted to it.
Before the murders, Alissa’s sister-in-law admitted to seeing the young man “fiddling” with his gun and that the family became upset and took the rifle away from him.
Yet the same man the family described as “paranoid” and “mentally ill” had the gun back in time to commit mass murder two days later.
While they’re quick to blame Alissa’s “mental illness” now that 10 people are dead, the family took no steps to request an ERPO.
Using Colorado’s Red Flag laws, they had the power to stop Alissa – but they refused.
So both the FBI’s National Instant Background Check System and a brand new Red Flag law did nothing at all to stop a mass murder.
That’s because gun control legislation isn’t designed to stop crime and the murder of innocent people . . . it’s designed to disarm as much as the population as possible – especially those who abide by the law.
This is another reason why I’m suing to get my Second Amendment rights back – that were stripped from me because of my political activism.
I want to expose the FBI’s system that is not only ineffective, but has become a political tool of the Deep State.

While Joe Biden and Democrats in Congress have been swift to call for and pass new unconstitutional gun control measures, all they’re doing is giving the government more power to crack down on all of us.
NONE of their measures have or will prevent mass shootings. Just take a look at the other mass murderers who have passed background checks. Alissa wasn’t alone in being “missed” by the FBI while also, ironically, being known to the FBI.
Another recent mass murderer, Robert Long, had passed his FBI background check on the same day he gunned down eight people in Atlanta.
The ONLY thing that will curb mass shootings is by allowing more good people to purchase and carry a firearm for their own protection.
Biden and Pelosi’s plan will lead to more deaths, while terrorists like Alissa have more gun rights than me and other law-abiding citizens.
