[1]Mark Kelly for Senate

Friends —

I’m reaching out this month to ask you to support my husband, Mark Kelly, so he can hold his Senate seat in Arizona. Give me a chance to explain.

When Mark and I discussed him running for Senate, we knew it wasn’t going to be easy. We knew that outside groups would come out of the woodwork and spend untold amounts of money to attack Mark.

Well they did, and we still won, thanks to your help! But now, Mark has a new challenge: winning a full six-year term and holding this seat.

And guess what? National Republicans are wasting no time spinning up the attack ads again. A Koch-backed dark money group just dropped an attack ad against Mark 19 months before the next election.

So Mark needs our help to fight off these attacks and the best way to do that is by hitting his 50,000 contribution goal by tomorrow at midnight. What do you say, NAME?

If you are able, will you make a donation to Mark’s people-powered campaign? He can’t afford to fall short of this goal, not when dark money groups are already spending on attack ads to defeat him.

More often than not, the most difficult challenges we face require the help of others to overcome. Mark and I know that as well as anyone. He has always had my back. And when he needed you, you had his back as well.

Mark is going up against dark money groups who want to stop him from holding this seat in 2022.

That’s why your support, no matter the amount, is greatly appreciated by me, Mark, and everyone on Team Kelly.

I can’t thank you enough for the amount of support you’ve shown so far — now let’s keep up the momentum!

All my best,

Gabby Giffords
