Keith Ellison for Attorney General

John,

I just learned Keith’s campaign is falling way behind their first end-of-quarter budget target of the year and offered to reach out personally right away.

According to his team, if they don’t raise more than $10,000 by 11:59 pm tomorrow night, they’ll have to scale back their organizing program. Will you pitch in $10 or more to help them make up the difference?

Having worked alongside Keith for 12 years in Congress, I can tell you first-hand he has always been a tireless voice for justice and a fearless national leader on the environment, human rights, fairness for workers, civil rights, and so much more.

Keith’s first challenger, Doug Wardlow, on the other hand, is the exact opposite. If you don’t remember Wardlow, he was Keith’s Republican opponent in 2018 who at that point was working as a lawyer for the Alliance Defending Freedom, an organization the Southern Poverty Law Center called an anti-LGBTQ “hate group.”

Today, Wardlow is serving as general counsel to Mike Lindell -- the QAnon promoting pillow salesman who got sued for $1.3 billion this month for spreading baseless lies about the 2020 election.

We are so lucky to have Keith looking out for us as Attorney General. We can't let Wardlow, an absolute worst-case scenario disaster, gain a foothold this early on.

John, make a contribution to Keith’s campaign so he can continue fighting for us as the People’s Lawyer. Pitch in $10, $25, $50 or more by 11:59 pm tomorrow night.

Thank you for standing with my friend.

Rep. Betty McCollum
