On October 8th, the Supreme Court will hear the case of Aimee Stephens, a transgender woman who was fired from her job at a funeral home simply for being who she is. You can read more about her case here.

John, as you may already know, our U.S. Trans Survey showed that transgender people face pervasive workplace discrimination. If the Supreme Court rolls back workplace protections for transgender people, it could make a dire situation even worse. 

If you’re in the Washington, D.C. area on October 8th, join us outside the Supreme Court to state loudly and clearly that we won’t be erased, that our rights matter, and that the court must hear our argument in favor of equality and justice for Aimee Stephens.
