The Lt. Governor and I will be joined by many of our women leaders from throughout the city. As you may know, this year marks the second consecutive year where women hold a historic majority on city boards and commissions. This also marks another year of a majority-female City Council.

In Long Beach, we are proud to support women at every level in leadership.

In our conversation this morning we will talk about leadership, inspiration and why it is so important for women to serve in positions of leadership at all levels of business and government. I am looking forward to it and hope you'll join us.
