New app replaces Oswego Click N Fix
On Thursday, April 1, the Village of Oswego launches a new app that will allow residents to report problems and request repairs around the community.?
MyCivic 311 will allow residents to request repairs to potholes and streetlights, report graffiti or missing street signs and much more with a couple taps from their phones. The app replaces the current Oswego Click N Fix app, which will be retired April 15.
The app is available for both iPhone and Android. After downloading the app, you?ll be prompted to set your city. Then simply click Report an Issue and select the kind of issue you want to report and follow the prompts. The app will automatically tag the location of the issue, and you can add notes and take pictures of the problem from the app.?
Residents can also make requests through the online portal at?oswegoil.org/problem [ [link removed] ], which goes live with a new look the morning of April 1.?
The new MyCivic 311 app offers the same features as the old app but now integrates with the Village?s enterprise resource planning system. This allows Village staff to better track staff time and resources, improve the Village?s overall efficiency, and in turn keep costs low for taxpayers.?
As always, residents may also report issues and request repairs by calling our Public Works Department at 630-554-3242. Any issues with the new app may also be reported by calling the Public Works Department.?
