Dear Friend of the National Parks,
As NPCA’s Vice President of Membership, I have been tracking the progress of our campaign to raise $30,000 this month to build our National Parks Legal Defense Fund in anticipation of the legal fights ahead.
While we have received an incredible outpouring of support from the NPCA family, the campaign is almost over and we are falling short of our goal. I have been keeping a list of our dedicated members and supporters who have already donated to this campaign and noticed that your name is missing.
Any contribution you can make before midnight tomorrow will be matched 100% by a generous member and go twice as far to help NPCA shape a better future for the parks you love!

Your new member gift will provide our legal team with double the resources as they fight high-stakes cases in court that will have major repercussions for parks and public lands across the country.
For example, NPCA is right now involved in a landmark lawsuit to protect and restore Bears Ears and Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monuments, as well as litigation to secure the magnificent underwater treasures of Biscayne National Park.
After years of attacks. our parks deserve the very best defense we can provide. NPCA is up to the challenge, but we need to reach our campaign goal before midnight tomorrow to keep up the fight. And we won’t get there without your help.
That’s why I hope you will add your name to the list of this month’s new members. If you are able, please join today and have your best gift matched 100%, dollar for dollar!
And, when you join today with a tax-deductible gift of $15 or more, you'll not only receive full member benefits, including an entire year of our award-winning National Parks magazine, but also our exclusive NPCA member bucket hat as your free welcome gift!
Thank you, in advance, for taking advantage of this special opportunity to repair and restore your parks!
With gratitude,
 Laura Connors Vice President, Membership
P.S. I know that this continues to be a difficult time for so many of us. If you aren’t able to make a gift today, I certainly understand and am so grateful for your past support. However, if you can help, I urge you to please do so today — thank you!
