New Challenge Klaxon! | Meet the Bake Off winner going the extra mile for CALM | Money on your mind? You're not alone |

** Feel like crap? There’s an emoji for that
------------------------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------------------------

We’ve all felt crap at some point during the last year - and a poll on our socials revealed 90% of you struggle to start a conversation when you're finding things tough. So we've launched a simple emoji you can use to tell anyone — from your mates to your mum — that you #FeelLikeCrap. Find out why we’re calling on Unicode Consortium (the emoji overlords) to include the sad poop emoji on every phone and device.

** Take on the #SparkChangeRun on Mental Health Awareness Week
------------------------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------------------------

A quick blast around the block can make a world of difference to your mental wellbeing, so we’ve partnered with PUMA for the Spark Change Run. A great way to start running or jogging at your own pace - choose when, where, and how long you run. What’s more, £5 from every entry will go towards CALM and our life-saving services.

** Money worries? You’re not alone
------------------------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------------------------

The pandemic hasn’t just affected our social lives, it’s also had a real impact on our pockets. With 800,000 people losing jobs in 2020 and 1.2 million people receiving furlough pay, it’s no surprise we’re worried about money, so here at CALM, we’ve put together some useful stuff to help you tackle financial stresses.

** Swapping millefeuille for miles, we chatted to Bake Off's Peter
------------------------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------------------------

It certainly won’t be a piece of cake, but Bake Off’s youngest ever winner Peter Sawkins will be running the virtual Edinburgh Marathon for CALM this May. We caught up with him to talk about training, anxiety and fuelling his runs with pancakes.

Big up Rosie and Cora, who ran not one, but two half marathons to raise cash for our services.

Sam took on a totally ratical Task Me Anything challenge, running round her local park dressed as a rat in support of CALM.
