Dear John,

Since he was appointed to fill Vice President Harris' Senate seat, Senator Alex Padilla has hit the ground running in Washington.

As the proud son of immigrant parents, Senator Alex Padilla is the first Latino to have ever served as Senator from California. I'm grateful to serve alongside him on the Senate Judiciary Committee, where I have seen firsthand his dedication to critical issues like voting rights and promoting equal justice for all. Alex brings a critical voice to the Senate, and we need to make sure he's elected to a full Senate term next year.

Will you split a contribution between Senator Alex Padilla's campaign and ours before Wednesday's end-of-quarter deadline? Help Alex prepare for his re-election campaign next year >>

With Democrats' Senate majority as slim as it is, we cannot afford to take a single seat for granted. We cannot treat any 2022 Senate race as safe, because losing just one seat means handing the Senate majority back to Mitch McConnell.

Senator Alex Padilla and I are committed to protecting our Senate majority and fighting for the issues that matter most to all of us, but we need your help.

Before Wednesday's end-of-quarter deadline, will you split a contribution between our campaign and Senator Alex Padilla's campaign? Chip in to help us protect the Senate majority >>
