Team, we just learned some exciting news about down ballot races, and we wanted to be sure you saw.
Our friends at Run for Something, a group dedicated to helping young progressives run for state and local office (that sounds familiar…) released a study showing that having a contested state legislative race gave the Biden-Harris ticket a measurable boost in the vote count!
They analyzed nearly 4,000 precincts across 8 battleground states -- including Georgia -- and the results are clear:
reverse coattails for the win.
Team -- we can’t let up now. The work that OAD does is so important. When the midterms come around next year, we need to make sure we’re fighting for every race -- up and down the ballot. You can’t win if you don’t try.

Now, President Biden and Vice President Harris might not be on the ballot in 2022, but that’s

finally flip the state legislature. And that means we have to seriously contest
