This October, Arlington is honoring Domestic Violence Awareness Month with an event focused on hope and healing after trauma. Join us as we discuss how the healing process can look for survivors of domestic and dating violence and the community resources available to support someone on their journey. Learn more. Arlington Reads: Stephanie Land Wednesday, October 23rd Hear from Stephanie Land, whose best-selling debut memoir Maid: Hard Work, Low Pay, and a Mother's Will to Survive recounts her journey a single mom navigating "the poverty trap."
