At the United States-Mexico border, thousands of migrants are in need of medical and mental health services. In South Africa, the emergence of a new COVID-19 variant has reminded us that we are still facing compounding crises from the coronavirus pandemic in the places we work.

Doctors Without Borders/Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) teams are on the ground in these countries—and more than 70 others—right now to provide crucial health support. From working to prevent and treat COVID-19, to supporting shattered health systems in conflict zones and keeping essential medical services running in the face of unprecedented challenges.
