Friends, I want to make sure you’re aware that the battle to control the House
is already underway, and my district is one of the keystones in the GOP
playbook.

The NRCC recently released polling that shows a slim majority of participants
would prefer a Republican-controlled House, so we can’t let the GOP install a
far-right partisan to take my seat. It would be a huge disservice to the people
of Iowa.

That’s why we need to show that my re-election campaign is going strong. We’ve
set a goal to raise $8,000 by the 31st and we still have $7,398 to go. Donate

I’m so proud to have helped Democrats pass the American Rescue Plan that gave
Americans direct payments, helped small businesses, expanded Medicaid and so
much more.

But the GOP is furious at the progress we’ve made so far, and I know they’re
