Representing and serving my home and a state I am so proud to have grown up in is the greatest honor of my life. Growing up in Sherrill taught me to stand up for what’s right, work with whoever you need to -- regardless of party -- to get things done, and never give up hope when things look tough.
Together, we are strengthening our communities. When I am working to pass legislation, folks at home are always on my mind. YOU have made it possible for me to elevate the voices of our neighbors in Washington.
We’re working to lower health care costs, fight corruption, create new opportunities in rural Iowa, help our neighbors hurt by natural disasters, stand up for working families’ retirements, and so much more.
There’s plenty left to do -- and knowing that I can count on you to lend some support so we can hit our fundraising targets and continue this work is a humbling feeling. Seriously, when I saw the number of folks who pitched in when I reached out for support before our end-of-quarter deadline, I felt so incredibly grateful.
