Meet the self-proclaimed badass women of Congress: Elissa Slotkin, Mikie Sherrill, Chrissy Houlahan, Abigail Spanberger, and Elaine Luria.

These five NewDem Members all share deep military and intelligence experience — and they all flipped their seats from red to blue.

They ran in some of the most competitive districts in the country and helped deliver the House Majority to Democrats back in 2018. Today, these same women still hold their seats, and they’re gearing up for some of the toughest challenges that Democrats will face in 2022.
