Hey John, it’s Emily -- Elaine’s Finance Director.

It’s my job to make sure we reach all of our important benchmarks and to oversee our digital fundraising operation.

So first of all, let me say thank you! Your support gave us the flexibility to launch our ads quickly once Facebook’s political ad ban was lifted, and we’ve already received a positive return on our initial investment.

For every dollar spent, we were able to raise $1.75 for Elaine’s campaign.

But the BAD news is that we lost a lot of ground during the ad ban, so we’re still $11,450 short of our critical FEC end-of-quarter fundraising goal. Our projections show that if we continue on our current trajectory, we could soon be raising $2 for every dollar spent -- make a contribution NOW so that we can boost our ad program before the deadline hits in 3 days!
