One of the great honors of my career was working for the late Congressman Elijah Cummings as an investigator on the US House Oversight Committee.

While others made excuses for Trump’s corruption, I investigated his administration. Government accountability is what I do.

I’ve used my experience and input from activists to roll out the most progressive plan for government accountability in the race for Lt. Governor:

Ending Virginia’s status as the “Wild West” of campaign finance with strong contribution rules and limits
Banning campaign contributions from publicly-regulated utilities
Ending qualified immunity, which unfairly protects police who commit wrongdoing
Taking power back from lobbyists and special interests by making Virginia’s legislature full time and fully staffed
Improving reporting and enforcement of ethics violations
