John,
Every month on the last Sunday of the month, we join together for the WFP Assembly — a virtual gathering to build community and re-commit ourselves to the movement.
On this month’s Assembly, we will share our plans to make this year's Congressional Spring Recess a Recovery Recess — where we'll hold creative direct actions across the country to pressure our representatives to deliver jobs and care for working people.
Joining us on the Assembly to kick-off two weeks of action will be Congressional Progressive Caucus Chair Rep. Pramila Jayapal and St. Louis mayoral candidate Tishaura Jones, along with organizers across the country. RSVP to join the WFP Assembly, tomorrow, Sunday, March 28th at 8pm ET/5pm PT. All you need to join is a phone or a computer.

From a banjo competition to block parties to town halls — as Members of Congress head to their home districts this week — we're holding Recovery Recess events across the country to make sure our elected leaders hear our demands for jobs and care.
On this month's Assembly, we'll share how you can get involved in this fight.
We'll also hear from Rep. Pramila Jayapal, Chair of the Congressional Progressive Caucus and a fierce advocate for policies that uplift working and marginalized families across the country.
And we’ll talk with Tishaura Jones — the WFP-endorsed candidate for Mayor of St. Louis, MO who is dedicated to enacting policies rooted in justice.
This will be a jam-packed WFP Assembly and you won't want to miss it. RSVP to join the virtual discussion and learn how you can get involved this Sunday, March 28 at 8pm ET/5pm PT.
We hope to see you there!
