John,
Women's March is joining forces with organizations across the country to turn Congress' upcoming spring recess into Recovery Recess! As Congress breaks for recess, our members will be in their home states and districts — so we'll use this important time to make it clear that women are demanding the relief we need to not just recover, but thrive.
Together, we're fighting to make sure that women are able to access the pandemic relief we need and deserve. That's why we're inviting our most active supporters like you to join our mass call to discuss our organizing efforts this Tuesday, March 30 at 8:00 p.m. ET.
On the call, we'll hear from women leaders from across our movement about the urgent need for the THRIVE Act, a $15 minimum wage, and universal childcare and national paid leave for all.
During Tuesday night's call, we'll hear from:
The American Rescue Plan was an important first step for women and families struggling to get back on our feet after this pandemic, but it was only the beginning. We have the power to pressure Congress to ensure women can not only recover, but actually thrive. That's why we're hoping you'll join this call:
Thank you for all that you do.
