While my Democratic colleagues and I were hard at work passing the American Rescue Plan to help tens of millions of hurting American families, Republicans in Congress were nowhere to be found.

Instead, GOP dark money groups launched ads attacking us for passing COVID relief and the Kansas Republican Party continued their plot to gerrymander us out of Congress.

It’s deeply disappointing to see every House and Senate Republican refusing to support this critical COVID-19 relief package. We can disagree on policy and have different priorities, but when so many families are teetering on the edge of financial disaster, it’s time to put our differences aside.

Instead, national Republicans are too busy drawing up their lists and courting big-money donors. Their priorities are all wrong.

This is why this upcoming FEC deadline is so vital to our campaign. The NRCC has made me their top target, but with your help, we can keep fighting for Kansas.
