We have just days left to influence New York's state budget, and we need to keep pressure on our State Legislators to do right by New York’s students, families and educators.

For day four of our week of action, send an email to your State Legislators now urging them to hold firm in the commitment they made to our schools and our communities, and to fight to ensure the enacted budget includes not a penny less for students than what they included in their budget proposals.

With a veto-proof majority in both the Assembly and Senate, our State Legislators must fight to include $7 billion in revenue and fully fund our schools in the final budget. They need to hear from you, their constituents, letting them know that New York’s students, families and educators are depending on the them to stay strong in budget negotiations.
