Folks, I'm tired of Michelle Steel voting against moving our country forward every chance she gets.
She just voted against the Bipartisan Background Checks Act, a bipartisan Act that would require background checks for all gun sales and all gun transfers in the US -- just before our country grappled with two mass shootings.
She voted against the Violence Against Women Reauthorization Act, a piece of legislation with a history of support from Democrats and Republicans (including an earlier version of it being signed into law by President George W. Bush!), that would help women in abusive relationships, victims of sexual violence, and folks in cases of domestic or dating violence.
Steel voted against the COVID relief bill that will help and support so many folks and small businesses struggling during this pandemic, help us reopen our schools, and quicken our ability to get vaccines to those who need them.
And, the list goes on...
We can't let Michelle Steel keep getting away with skirting progress and what's right.
Can you show her that we're ready for her to leave Congress by helping me have my strongest fundraising quarter yet?
Thank you!

Harley Rouda served California's 48th district in Congress. In 2018, Harley defeated the 30-year incumbent Dana Rohrabacher in the very first political campaign of Harley's life. During his time in Congress, he's embraced common sense and values to tackle climate change, address deteriorating infrastructure, confront homelessness, and protect Social Security and Medicare. In 2022, Harley will be facing one of the toughest fights in the entire country, so he's depending on the support of grassroots individuals.
