As Arizona Hits 3 Million Vaccine Doses Administered, Governor Ducey Announces New Phase Of COVID-19 Mitigation
With the state of Arizona hitting several important public health benchmarks, Governor Ducey this week announced several updates to the state’s COVID-19 measures, including on events, businesses and local ordinances.
Arizona Expands COVID-19 Vaccination Eligibility To All
Governor Ducey and the Arizona Department of Health Services announced the opening of registration at Arizona’s state-operated COVID-19 vaccination sites in Maricopa, Pima and Yuma counties to all Arizonans 16 and older.
Governor Ducey Receives Second Vaccine Dose At University Of Arizona Vaccination Site
Governor Ducey this week received his second dose of the COVID-19 vaccine during a tour of the state-supported University of Arizona vaccination site. The Governor was joined by Arizona Department of Health Services Director Dr. Cara Christ and University of Arizona President Dr. Bobby Robbins during the site visit. 
University Of Arizona News: Gov. Ducey Visits UArizona Vaccination Site As Vaccine Eligibility Expands
"Ducey's visit to Tucson came the same day that state vaccination sites, including the one at UArizona, opened vaccination appointments to anyone age 16 or older. The governor also met with local business leaders and toured UArizona research facilities where scientists are searching for more answers about the novel coronavirus."
Governor Ducey Applauds Intel’s $20 Billion Expansion In Arizona
The investment will lead to the direct creation of 3,000 new high-tech, high-wage jobs and 3,000 construction jobs, while supporting an estimated 15,000 additional indirect jobs in our community.
Governor Ducey, Fire Safety Officials Provide Wildfire Season Outlook
Governor Ducey this week joined the Arizona Department of Forestry and Fire Management and fire safety officials to urge all Arizonans to do their part in preventing wildfires.
