 John, In case you missed it: Republicans in Georgia have rushed through a slew of anti-democratic "voting reforms" that are really just a thinly-veiled attempt to suppress the votes of Democrats across the state. Besides making it harder to vote, this bill would also make it a CRIME to hand out water to voters waiting in line at the polling place. You read that right: Republicans are criminalizing handing out WATER. As a veteran, I've dedicated years of my life to protecting our country and our democracy -- and for Republican legislators in my home state of Georgia to pass this disgusting bill is an affront to everything we sought to protect. One thing is clear: the GOP is SCARED of the people-power behind the Democrats here in Georgia.
