Hello,

Our state is still grieving from this week’s mass shooting that took the lives of ten people and affected countless others. No one should have to fear going to school, the movies, concerts, or supermarkets because they might never come back.

Gun violence is a preventable epidemic. As Governor of Colorado, I signed a bill into law that banned large capacity magazines and private sale background checks. As your Senator, I promise I’m continuing to fight for common-sense gun safety reforms and pushing Congress to act immediately.

In the meantime, if you’re looking for ways to help, the Colorado Healing Fund is accepting donations to support the victims and their families of the Boulder Supermarket tragedy.

If you can, please make a donation of any amount to support Colorado’s gun violence victims and their families. 100% of your donation will go toward this organization.

My heart is heavy for our Colorado neighbors and for all who have lost a loved one to senseless gun violence. We won’t forget this moment and I’ll spend every minute of my day fighting to ensure it never happens again.

With love,

John
