Things are getting ugly in Georgia. Yesterday, the state passed a voter suppression bill making it harder to vote for millions in a state that President Biden and Senator Raphael Warnock narrowly won.

CNN even called it a “victory for Trump.”

Make no mistake, John, Georgia’s new bill limiting voting rights will disproportionately hurt Democratic voters and people of color across the state as well as set a dangerous precedent.

We’ve seen a wave of anti-democratic bills from Republican state legislators — so far over 250 have been introduced across 43 states — and can expect more on the way.
