Minimise your journeys
29 March - change to restrictions

On Monday 29 March, the 'stay at home' rule will end, but many restrictions will remain in place.

People should continue to work from home where they can and minimise the number of journeys they make, avoiding travel at the busiest times and on the busiest routes.

roadworks

Roadworks

Oundle Drive

*Sunday 28 March
*The northbound link from the A52 QMC roundabout to Middleton Boulevard (Nottingham ring road) will be closed for one day to allow resurfacing work to take place.

Northbound traffic wishing to join the ring road from the roundabout will need to follow the signed diversion south along the A52 Clifton Boulevard to Dunkirk roundabout, and then use the roundabout to join the ring road northbound.

Buses on routes 53, 54, L2 & L5 will use the diversion and stops WO50 (Oundle Drive) and WO51 (Lime Tree Ave) will be suspended while the work is underway.

Residential traffic (Oundle Drive and Middleton Boulevard) will be allowed in and out through the works area. Residents are asked to comply with any instruction given, and may be requested to wait short durations while key activities take place. The footway will continue to be open, but cyclists are asked to dismount adjacent to the works.

In the event of adverse weather, the works may have to be deferred to another date.

We apologise for any disruption that may be caused by these essential works, and will make every effort to ensure the road is swiftly reopened.
