You see, payout #02002 expires TONIGHT at 11:59pm.

And Taxpayer, it's the most horrible, most cruel, and most
nightmarish piece of government waste we've EVER exposed.

In fact, it's the single MOST painful dog lab... in the entire
federal government!

MIDNIGHT DEADLINE: if it's rammed through, 34 exhausted puppies
will be tethered to a treadmill and forced to run in EXCRUCIATING
heart failure experiments.
