# [#]Republicans have proposed over 250 bills restricting the right to vote in 43 states.

That’s why House Democrats passed the For the People Act — which would expand and protect the ballot box.

John, we’re raising $13,908 before our FEC deadline on the 31st to put pressure on Republican Senators who are obstructing the bill — but since these numbers are public, if we come up short everyone will know we failed.

We’re counting on you, John, so that we can show everyone the force of our grassroots network. Chip in $15 to put public pressure on Republican Senators who want to make it harder for you to vote. John: in less than a week, all of our fundraising numbers are going to be completely open to the public. We want to be able to show the full momentum from all the Americans supporting this bill.

The GOP is pulling out all the stops in order to restrict ballot access. In some states, they’re closing down poll locations, making it easier to purge voters, and even cutting entire weeks worth of early voting dates.

They know that when Americans vote, they lose. If we want to stop them, we have to pass this bill.

Our strategy to steer this through the Senate — put as much pressure on Republicans as possible by raising another $13,908 before the end of the month. John, chip in $15 to help pass the For the People Act. [[link removed]]
