NCOSE Law Files Class Action Lawsuit Against XVideos

The NCOSE Law Center, together with five other survivor-focused and commercial litigation law firms, has filed a class action lawsuit against XVideos on behalf of Jane Doe—a victim of child sexual abuse material and sex trafficking.

"Jane Doe has courageously stepped out to share her story to help other victims of XVideos. We stand ready to help others who have experienced similar abuse ... It is time to end this pornography company's abuses and egregious violations of the law." ~ Dani Pinter, senior legal counsel, NCOSE Law

As of January 2021, XVideos is the most frequently visited pornography website in the world and the 7th most trafficked website in the world, visited more than Netflix, Amazon, and Wikipedia combined.

Help Dismantle the Infrastructure Supporting Pornhub!

Visa rightly cut ties with Pornhub after the New York Times and Canadian Parliament verified that child sexual abuse, sex trafficking, rape, and more was hosted on the pornography website. Unfortunately, Visa is still processing payments for Pornhub’s parent-company, MindGeek, which owns hundreds of similar pornography websites with the same problems.

We want to dismantle the infrastructure of companies that support Pornhub/MindGeek. Will you help us by contacting Visa and telling them to cut ties with all MindGeek entities?

Dignity Defense Alert: Unilever and Kraft Heinz Cut Tie with Pornhub and Other Exploiters

Change is possible!

Unilever and Kraft Heinz showed true corporate leadership by cutting ties with Pornhub and other exploitative sites. These corporations were among the first to publicly cut ties with Pornhub.

We believe they helped trigger a growing recognition that mainstream institutions should not be buttressing the infrastructure of an inherently abusive, exploitative industry.

Join us for a Briefing on April 8: "Uncovering the Evidence of Child Exploitation, Sex Trafficking, and Non-consensual Content on Pornhub"

On March 15, 2021 over 70 Canadian Senators and MPs called on the Royal Canadian Mounted Police to initiate a full investigation into MindGeek. It is time the U.S. does the same.

It is clear that Pornhub/MindGeek cannot be trusted to self-regulate. Currently, NO ONE is enforcing the law against its deeply harmful practices. Survivors and experts will speak at this briefing on April 8, 2:00–3:30pm ET.
