Dear Reader,
We’re almost at the end of our spring campaign, and we’re so grateful to have reached 14 new recurring donors. These generous readers have stepped up because they understand that all of our content is free to read, but it’s not free to produce, and the predictable revenue these recurring gifts provide gives us the ability to publish more stories.
We take pride in the high-quality research, world-class reporting and editing, fact-checking, visual production, and more that goes into every story, but it doesn’t come cheaply. In fact, each story PublicSource publishes costs an average of $5,000 to produce. Each recurring membership of $5, $10 or $15 a month helps us know what we have to work with and how best to direct our resources.

We’re still hoping that 11 more people will make a recurring gift before the end of this spring campaign. Can you help us reach our goal by starting your monthly gift of $5 or more to PublicSource today?
Yes, I'll sustain local journalism. ([link removed])
Thank you for your consideration, and regardless of your ability to make a gift, please know that we’re glad to have you as a reader.
