Ninth Circuit Again Denies Coach Kennedy's Constitutional Right
to Pray Briefly After Games

Last week, a three-judge panel of the Ninth Circuit ruled that the
Bremerton School District in Washington state can ban Coach Kennedy
from briefly and privately praying on the football field after games.
The positive news is that the fight to reclaim Coach Kennedy's
religious freedom is far from over, as his case may now head to the
U.S. Supreme Court.
