President Joe Biden is stepping up plans to dismantle your gun rights in the aftermath of two horrible tragedies involving criminal use of firearms.
It seems like every single time there is a highly publicized shooting by a criminal, the authoritarians immediately move to restrict the 2nd Amendment rights of law-abiding gun owners.
It happens over and over again and is supported in all corners of this country by the corporate press.
Now President Biden is looking to bypass Congress, to dictate gun laws through executive orders.
The proposed executive orders are solutions in search of problems, but the most insidious being a “strengthened background check,” which is code for the creation of a centralized gun owner database, controlled by Joe Biden!
Worse than that, Biden is now calling on Congress to pass an “assault weapons” ban and a ban on “high-capacity magazines,” which is so restrictive that it would make nearly every handgun on the market today obsolete.

Biden and the gun grabbers in Congress say they want to ban “assault weapons” but can offer no definition of what that means.
It doesn’t matter much what they think it means, because the 2nd Amendment, clearly states “shall not be infringed!”
However, President Biden, Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY), and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) want to brand certain guns, or even their accessories, to make them sound dangerous. I’d say the Constitution makes it pretty clear that they are in the wrong.
The Biden administration is exploring executive orders on so-called “gun control,” because they claim Congress won’t “move fast enough.”
That’s an interesting statement, considering they already have multiple very tyrannical gun bills moving through the U.S. House and Senate, including H.R. 8 and H.R. 1446, which have both passed the House in short order.
H.R. 8 would create a de facto centralized list of nearly every gun owner in the country under the control of Joe Biden and his band of statists at the Department of Justice and the FBI, who have proven their utter contempt for the Bill of Rights just in the first two months of his administration.
H.R. 1446, introduced by Rep. James Clyburn (D-SC), is another attempt by Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s Congress at forcing delays and denials of law-abiding citizens’ ability to purchase firearms.
Still looming is H.R. 127, which is the worst gun bill we have seen in a generation or more.
H.R. 127 would:
>>Create a national public gun registry
>>Mandate that gun owners disclose where and how firearms are stored
>>Mandate that gun owners be 21 years or older and even purchase specific gun insurance
>>Outlaw gun magazines holding over 10 rounds
They are trying to overwhelm us.

Bills like H.R. 127, H.R. 8, and H.R. 1446 are a return to the absolute worst of the Obama agenda we fought so hard to stop over and over again.
We did it then, and we can do it now, but only if you act quickly!
Patriot, the good news is there’s resistance to H.R. 8 and H.R. 1446 in the Senate, which means there is still time to stop them both before these bills hit Biden’s desk.
H.R. 127 faced even more obstacles in the House, but that doesn’t give you and me cause for any celebration.
The president may just try to enact some of the worst parts of that legislation through executive orders, no matter how illegal they know it to be.
If that’s the route Biden chooses to take, you can be sure there will be legal challenges that take time and money.
That’s why you and I cannot rest for a moment -- the attacks on your right to defend yourself and your family are coming from every angle.
The statists are hoping at least one of their “gun control” schemes will slip through and be used to bully law-abiding gun owners while criminals -- who don’t obey laws -- continue their crimes unabated.
As always, criminals don’t care about breaking the law!
And as soon as they get one of these bills passed, they’ll go for even more. That’s why you and I must stop them now.
