As an Air Force officer, Chrissy worked hard to defend our democracy against all threats – both foreign and domestic. Now, as a congresswoman, she's working to defend it against threats from Capitol Hill itself.

Chrissy is proudly co-sponsoring the TRUST in Congress Act, which would prevent insider trading among members of Congress and their families.

By requiring that all members put their investments into a blind trust, this bill would prevent them from cashing in on classified information they receive in Congress. This is an especially urgent issue after some members were accused of using information from private COVID-19 briefings to inform stock trading at the beginning of the pandemic.

Chrissy believes this legislation is crucial to rebuilding public trust in Congress and ensuring lawmakers are serving the people, not their own financial interests. And she's counting on 36 more grassroots members of this team to add their voices with hers before midnight, so please:
