House Democrats passed a massive bill aimed at strengthening gun laws and universal background checks, but gun lobbyists and GOP lawmakers are doing everything in their power to stop change from happening.

Instead of working to save lives, the NRA sued to strike down Boulder Colorado’s ban on assault weapons a few weeks before the tragic mass shooting.

Instead of working to pass commonsense legislation — just hours after Monday’s shooting, Rep. Lauren Boebert sent out a ‘hell no to taking our guns’ email to her supporters.

And instead of fighting gun violence, Senate Republicans like Ted Cruz are calling the Democratic-led effort “ridiculous theater.”

When will enough be enough? How many more lives will it take for Republicans to do the right thing? You know the answer.
