THIS IS THE MOVEMENT TO PUT

Friend, It's good to be back with you after a week of military duty, and this week has been just as busy on the Country First front! Not only do we have supporters in all 50 states, but we are building university chapters, and starting to organize in various states (including Texas, as you'll see below). I'm thrilled to share that earlier this week we made our first big non-incumbent endorsement. I'd like to introduce you to Michael Wood, who is running in the Special Election for the 6th Congressional District of Texas. Michael is a Marine veteran, and currently serves as a Major in the Reserves. He's a husband, father, successful small business owner, and great American. That's all good, but what really caught my attention is that he's a conservative candidate who isn't afraid to tell the truth. And he's the only one in a crowded race who is refusing to surrender the future of the Republican Party to the likes of QAnon, Marjorie Taylor Greene, or the Trump Family. These days, that takes more guts than it really should, and Country First is proud to endorse him.

To give some background, the May 1st Special Election has 23 candidates (there was no primary, so any candidate from any party is on the same ballot), and the top two vote getters will face a run-off. With such a crowded field, Michael actually has a much better shot than he would have going up against a Trump establishment pick in a Republican primary. This is a traditionally Republican district -- it hasn't sent a Democrat to Congress since the '70s and consistently votes Republican for President. I say that only to tell you that it's very likely a Republican will ultimately end up victorious, and this is an opportunity to ensure the victor will join me in standing up for honor, decency, and truth, and fighting against darkness, lies, and conspiracies. In other words, a man not afraid to put his Country First. COUNTRY FIRST ACTION ITEMS: 1) Visit Michael Wood's Facebook or Twitter page and encourage him to continue putting Country First! 2) Donate to his campaign. Michael can use every dollar you can spare between now and May 1st. We need him in Congress instead of another Trump puppet. Country First has chipped in the maximum of $5,000.

The other thing that has kept us busy this week is our Country Over Party Pop-Up Shop Event. I'm blown away by how well the shop has done and how great the gear looks. The shop closes its "doors" Saturday night, so be sure to shop for the cause while you can! All sales go toward helping Country First grow our movement and change our politics.
