Today, Senator Joe Manchin made clear we must pass a bill to expand voting
rights, end state voter suppression laws, and overturn Citizens United.
And Joe Biden said we should reform the filibuster -- and if Republicans
still abuse it to block voting rights, we will have to go even further.
